Nutri Fit Week - Ultrapasse Limites



De 27/10 a 4/11 acontecerá o Nutri Fit Week, um evento online e gratuito voltado para pessoas que querem obter informações relevantes para otimizar alimentação e treinamento, buscando ultrapassar seus limites e atingir objetivos cada vez maiores.

Serão mais de 20 palestrantes oferecendo dicas e detalhes sobre os mais diversos temas relacionados a atividades físicas e alimentação.

A minha palestra será sobre Dieta Paleolítica. Falarei sobre os princípios, mitos, verdades e ciência por trás dessa dieta. Para quem acompanha o blog, a apresentação será baseada em dois posts já publicados aqui (esse e esse outro), com alguns detalhes e especificidades adicionais
